Account Representatives
We invite employers and employees to call us on a daily basis, locally and toll free. We encourage active communication in order to resolve billing & claims issues, answer benefit & contract questions, and more.
Employee Education
We feel very strongly that it’s important for employees to understand their employee benefits. By holding on-site employee benefit meetings we can directly educate your staff on how to best utilize their plans.
On-Boarding
We will walk you and your employees through our process including the review and set up of forms and educational meetings with employees. We can also interact with COBRA companies and employers to ensure correct set up, initial training, and COBRA compliance.
Claims Management
We’re more than account managers, we’re client advocates. We represent our clients when working through claims for medical, dental, life and disability issues and even write appeals for denied claims or resolve issues accessing medications. We will be there to assist with international claims or intervene with carriers to insure timely payment of death and disability claims.
Coverage Facilitation
We can help respond to carrier and Medicare Audits, facilitate HSA’s, HRA’s and TPAs, and are certified in Medicare Part C and D to assist employer retirees with enrollment.
